My background is in Dance – mainly Contemporary Dance, Release Work and Contact Improvisation. As well as specialising in the Feldenkrais Method, in which I qualified as a practitioner in 2002, I have explored various mind-body approaches including Body-Mind Centering, Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms, Pilates and Alexander Technique. During 13 years living in London I worked as a freelance dance and movement teacher in many community settings as well as Adult and Higher Education Institutions. I moved to Moray in 2005. I have full Membership of the Feldenkrais Guild UK.”
